THAT Draft Report TAC-23-01 regarding the Transit Review be approved as amended with minor changes as discussed, including information related to the financial impact of increased ridership to the City’s Gas Tax allocation, other potential transit funding sources, as well as other economic, community and environmental benefits; AND THAT staff be requested to finalize the report on the Committee's behalf for submission to the May 1, 2023 Council meeting.
