THAT the Correspondence - Action Items on the agenda for the Transit Advisory Committee meeting held on March 2, 2023 be received; AND THAT the Transit Advisory Committee members be requested to provide their ideas, concepts, or suggestions related to the creation of efficiencies, improvements and/or cost savings for the Orillia Transit system for the short- term, medium-term and long-term; AND THAT the Assistant Clerk be requested to advertise in the City’s weekly Bulletin and on social media channels to allow members of the public, local businesses and agencies to submit comments, ideas and suggestions to the attention of the Transit Advisory Committee for improvements to the overall Orillia Transit system; AND THAT members submit their ideas in writing as a brief list to the secretary for placement on an agenda for a further special meeting for discussion.
