THAT as recommended in Report DSE-24-54 dated October 29, 2024 from the Development Services and Engineering Department, Capital Project Number 04772 - Bayview Sewage Pumping Station Construction be amended to reflect a total Capital Project Budget of $8,583,000, which results in an increase of $3,083,000; AND THAT the Capital Project Budget increase be funded with $2,158,100 from the Wastewater Asset Reserve and $924,900 from the Sanitary Sewer Development Charge Reserve.

THAT as recommended in Report EIS-24-28 dated October 22, 2024 from the Environment and Infrastructure Services Department, staff be authorized to amend and rescope a portion of Capital Project Number 24413 - Fleet Optimization and Net Zero Strategy to install eight additional electric vehicle charging stations and to support the purchase of fleet optimization software.
