THAT as recommended in Report DSE-24-20 dated April 16, 2024 from the Development Services and Engineering Department, the change request with Page 2 of 8 WSP Canada Inc., as required to address the data requirements of the City's floodplain mapping study in conformity with the change request provided by WSP Canada Inc., dated March 21, 2024, be approved; AND THAT the scope change with WSP Canada Inc., to provide additional technical assessment to identify the City's floodplain mapping study in conformity with the proposed scope of work provided by WSP Canada Inc., dated April 9, 2024, be approved; AND THAT the previously approved amount for Capital Project Number PLN23002 be increased from $157,000 to $203,000; AND THAT the additional cost of $46,000 be appropriated from the Storm Water Asset Management Reserve Fund.
