THAT the agenda for the Farmers' Market Advisory Committee meeting held on September 14, 2023 be approved as distributed.

THAT the minutes of the Farmers' Market Advisory Committee meeting held on August 10, 2023 be adopted, having been printed and distributed.

THAT the Farmers' Market Advisory Committee recommends to Council that, as recommended in the memo dated September 7, 2023 from the Market Manager, City Policy 1.9.1.2. - Farmers' Market - Operations - Terms and Conditions be amended as follows: Edits: In all sections, update Title: “Manager of Tourism and Special Events” to “Director of Business Development, Tourism and Modernization” Additions: Section 14: add “as determined by and/or at the discretion of the Market Manager” to the end of the sentence “‘Nuisance’ is defined as anything detrimental to the overall well-being of the Market.” AND THAT the Market Manager be requested to consult with staff regarding enforcement opportunities and/or signage related to Section 7.(d) Overnight Parking AND THAT Chapter 460 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code – Farmers’ Market – User Fees be updated to reflect the correct Vendor Vacation per Section 6.c) IV.

THAT the following 2023 Market Reports be received as information: - Saturday, August 5, 12, 19, and 26 - Friday, August 18 - Saturday, September 2

THAT the Social Media Report for August 2023 be received as information.

THAT the meeting be adjourned.
