THAT the draft brochure Accessibility Makes Good Business Cent$ be approved as presented; AND THAT staff be requested to forward the brochure to the Communications Division for review and a request for work on the final graphics/art design in preparation for printing; AND THAT, once printed, staff will work with the Chair to arrange a deputation with the Downtown Orillia BIA Management Board to distribute brochures, discuss and promote the content, and offer the opportunity for the Committee members to be engaged by downtown businesses that may be seeking accessibility advice.

THAT the DRAFT report AAC-24-01 dated September 10, 2024 regarding the Sidewalks at the intersection of Woodside Drive, Quinn Avenue and Mississaga Street West be approved as generally presented for submission to the next available Council Committee meeting.
